Downstairs, there are original beamed ceilings and wooden latch doors. The stairs are steep, and the door lintels are quite low (about 6 foot). Upstairs rooms look over the lane to trees and grass.
Upstairs
1 double bedroom - good wooden slatted bed, two pine wardrobes, two bedside cupboards, one chair.
1 twin bedroom - two slatted wooden beds, walk-in wardrobe, drawers, chair and bedside table.
Bathroom (bath with shower above, wash basin, mirrors, chair, WC).
All bed linen included (please bring your own towels).
Facilities
Gas central heating; full double glazing.
Colour TV/dvd/cd player, radio, dvds, books, jigsaws, games.
Pay phone (accepts incoming calls). Most mobile phones work ok.
Get lost in the woodland garden; build dens in the bracken; find the picnic table; fill the bird feeders and wait for the red squirrels.
2 traditional bikes, barbecue, plus garage for car, bikes, fishing rods.....
